1. Digital Services - Non-Tangible Nature
We provide digital services only. As such, all purchases are considered final once the service process has begun or digital assets have been delivered. By purchasing our services, you agree to this no-refund policy.

 

2. No Refund Policy
Due to the digital and customized nature of our services, we do not offer refunds in the following scenarios:

• Change of mind after purchase

• Misunderstanding of service features

• Delays or lack of communication from the client

• Inability to use the delivered services

• General dissatisfaction after full delivery if the service met the agreed scope

3. Exceptions
We may consider a refund only in limited cases:

• Duplicate payment made accidentally

• Project not started and cancellation requested within 3 days of purchase

• Failure on our part to deliver the service as agreed upon in writing

Refunds, if approved, will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

 

4. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order only before we begin work on your project. Once work has started, cancellations are not accepted.

5. Service Failure
If, for any reason, we are unable to deliver the service or complete the project, a full or partial refund will be issued based on the amount of work completed and delivered.

 

6. Chargebacks
If you are dissatisfied for any reason, please contact us first. Unauthorized chargebacks without contacting us may result in suspension of your services and legal action if required.
